Kate Bleskova joined NECP in 2023. She holds a degree in Economics and Logistics from Dnipro University of Technology in Ukraine. Alongside Thomas Desmond, she organized and conducted two educational courses - MBA for teenagers, graduating over 50 students. Kate has held leadership roles in both an IT company and a non-profit organization. During her 10-year tenure with the IT company, she successfully guided the business through various stages of its lifecycle, from securing initial investments to implementing strategic restructuring initiatives aimed at ensuring long-term sustainability and growth. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and possesses extensive experience in cash flow forecasting across various industries. Kate's strong technical background enables her to make precise forecasts and identify dependencies. Actively involved in talent acquisition and the development of the younger generation of Crisis Managers, Kate balances her professional commitments with raising her two sons.
